1. Nature of Service
OpenClawSG provides a one-time software installation and configuration service for OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework, at a flat rate of SGD 100 per installation. The service covers initial setup only and is delivered either remotely (via TeamViewer, Zoom, or similar screen-sharing tools) or on-site at the client's location, as agreed upon confirmation.
We support a range of environments including dedicated devices, virtual machines (VM), Docker containers, and cloud platforms in various configurations. A free 15-minute consultation is provided prior to booking to assess your environment and requirements.
Post-installation, we provide 30 days of WhatsApp support. This is a best-effort support channel and does not constitute a managed service or SLA. We do not provide ongoing managed IT services or software maintenance beyond this period unless separately agreed in writing.
2. No Affiliation with OpenClaw Project
OpenClawSG is an independent setup and support service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the OpenClaw open-source project or its contributors. "OpenClaw" is the name of the open-source software available at github.com/openclaw/openclaw.
Use of OpenClaw software is subject to its own open-source licence. The client is responsible for reviewing and complying with OpenClaw's licence terms independently.
3. Client Responsibilities & System Access
- You must back up your important files and data before the session begins. OpenClawSG accepts no liability for data loss during or after the installation.
- For remote sessions, you grant temporary screen-sharing access voluntarily and may end the session at any time by closing the screen-sharing application. For on-site visits, you are responsible for providing a safe and accessible working environment.
- You confirm that you are the owner or authorised administrator of the device, VM, container, or cloud environment on which OpenClaw is to be installed.
- You are responsible for ensuring your environment meets the minimum system requirements for OpenClaw. Requirements vary by deployment type — we will advise during the free consultation.
- For cloud environments, you are responsible for any associated cloud provider costs (compute, storage, egress) incurred during or after the installation.
- Corporate clients must confirm they have the necessary internal IT authorisation before proceeding.
4. Limitation of Liability & No Warranty
OpenClaw is third-party open-source software. OpenClawSG makes no warranty that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Future updates to OpenClaw may change functionality or break configurations set during the session.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, OpenClawSG's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to lost business, data loss, or system downtime.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment details are provided upon booking confirmation. Payment is due in full after confirmation but before installation begins, via PayNow or bank transfer.
- Full refund: if the session is cancelled by OpenClawSG, or if we are unable to start the installation.
- Partial refund: if the session is abandoned partway through due to client-side issues (incompatible hardware, client unavailability), a pro-rated refund may be offered at our discretion.
- No refund: once the installation has been successfully completed and the onboarding walkthrough delivered.
6. Data Privacy (PDPA)
OpenClawSG collects only the personal data necessary to provide the service (name, email, WhatsApp number). This data is used solely for scheduling and communication, is not sold or shared with third parties, and is retained only as long as necessary for the service relationship — in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
We make no representations regarding the data privacy of your OpenClaw installation. Data handling depends entirely on your specific configuration — including the AI model provider, cloud environment, and messaging channels (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp) you choose to connect. Each third-party platform has its own data policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those policies independently.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. For small claims, either party may use Singapore's Small Claims Tribunals.
