You can request deletion of your OpenClaw account and all associated data at any time. Follow the steps below.
Send an email to us
Email clawtech.sg@gmail.com with the subject line: OpenClaw Account Deletion Request
Include your account details
In the email body, include the email address associated with your OpenClaw account so we can identify your data.
We will process your request
We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once done.
Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
We may retain transaction records and support correspondence for up to 90 days after account deletion for legal and billing compliance purposes. This data is not used for any other purpose and is securely deleted at the end of the retention period.
