This Privacy Policy describes how ClawTech SG ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the OpenClaw mobile application and website at openclawsg.net (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Authentication Data

• Google account email address and Google account ID (collected via Google Sign-In / OAuth 2.0)
• Authentication tokens (JWT access tokens and refresh tokens) stored in your device's secure storage

1.2 Agent & Chat Data

• AI agent names, statuses, and configuration you create within the app
• Chat message content, timestamps, and message roles (user / assistant) for conversations with your agents
• Email addresses of people you share your agents with

1.3 Payment Data

• Your user ID is used as a PayNow bank transfer reference so we can match your payment to your account. We do not collect or store card numbers or banking credentials.

1.4 Technical Data

• Your IP address may be logged by our servers when you make API requests, for security and debugging purposes.
• We do not collect device identifiers, location data, camera input, microphone input, or any other on-device sensor data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing the Service — to authenticate you, manage your agents, and deliver AI chat responses.
• Agent sharing — to allow you to grant access to specific agents to other users by email.
• Payment reconciliation — to match manual PayNow transfers to your account and activate your subscription.
• Security & abuse prevention — to detect and prevent unauthorised access or misuse.
• Support — to respond to enquiries sent to our support email.

We do not use your data for advertising, sell your data to third parties, or share it with any third-party analytics or tracking services.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Your account, agent, and chat data are stored on our cloud backend hosted on AWS (ap-southeast-1, Singapore region).
• Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) via platform-level secure storage.
• Chat messages are not cached locally on your device; all message history is retrieved from the server.
• We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit between the app and our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.

5. Data Retention

• Your account and associated data (agents, chat history) are retained for as long as your account is active.
• Following an account deletion request, all personal data is deleted within 7 business days.
• Transaction correspondence and support records may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for legal and billing compliance, after which they are securely deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data. See our account deletion page for instructions.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify you via email where possible.
